What is an Escape Room?
Our escape rooms are strongly themed areas containing numerous puzzles, challenges and tasks to test your brains, wit, logic, dexterity and so much more!
How does it work?
You will be given a friendly pre-game briefing and we will be monitoring your progress from our Control Rooms. Our Gamesmasters are fully trained and very experienced and will guide you every step of the way, offering hints if required!
Will we be locked in?
No. We always comply with Fire Safety Regulations, so you will be able to leave at any time and for any reason.
How long do the games last?
Our Seance, Tribe and Abducted games last 60 minutes.
Our Camelot game lasts 90 minutes.
Do we need to allow extra time?
Yes, your game will begin at the time you booked, so please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier.
How many players can take part?
All our games are designed for 2-6 players.
Please contact us if you have more than 6 players.
We can run games simultaneously with a competitive edge!
For much larger groups (staff parties, team building, stag/hen dos, etc) we can arrange concurrent games, often with a discount for multiple bookings.
Are there any age restrictions?
Please see the individual game Rooms for age restrictions.
Any person under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
For safety and insurance purposes, there will be no exceptions.
What are your opening times?
We are open;
10.30am – 8.30pm Tuesday to Saturday.
10.00am – 4.00pm Sunday.
Closed on Mondays.
Do you have toilets?
There is a staff toilet at our Bodmin venue, which may be used at the staff’s discretion.
There is a toilet block at our Indian Queens venue. Please note, it is 200 metres from our building and is owned and operated by Gnome World Holiday Park.
When planning your journey, please allow time to use the toilet facilities if required.
Can we bring food and drink?
Sorry, no food or drink is permitted in our game rooms.
No alcohol is allowed on the premises. Anyone deemed under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry on safety grounds, without a refund.
We also have a no smoking or vaping policy.
Can we take photographs?
Sorry, no photography of any kind is permitted in our games rooms.
You will be offered a free ‘team photo’ after your game.
Do you issue refunds?
As our games are live events we are not able to issue refunds except for extenuating circumstances.

What happens if we are late?
If you arrive late we may have to reduce the length of your game time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be refused entry without a refund.
Can we bring extra players?
Yes, up to the maximum permitted for that game. Extra players must pay in cash on arrival.
We do not have card payment facilities on site.
You must inform us if you intend to bring an extra player(s).
Do you have wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, we do not have access for wheelchair users.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free parking at or very near both of our venues.
